Personalized learning for students departs from traditional instruction in that it is focused on the instruction adding value to the learner for each and every lesson. Creating a school[wide culture that supports and acknowledges this is accomplished only when the structures are aligned with the organizational values. This session is designed to share our experience in failing forward as we created a blended learning environment in a high performing suburban high school in Pennsylvania. Participants will meet building administrators, technology directors and our instructional coach who will share how we sought to create a common language, design, and evaluation of the impact of personalized learning on our school and in our community.
